EVERY MONTH

The Second Sunday of each month.  Main Street Coffeehouse, 107 S. Main, Independence, Mo.   I'll be hosting a Songwriter's Showcase. Each month I'll be joined by two other local songwriters. Noon until 2:00PM. Excellent coffeehouse, very comfortable, friendly, and they have "me."

The Third Sunday of each month.   Main Street Coffeehouse, 107 S. Main, Independence, Mo.  I'll be hosting an "Open Mic" of local singer/songwriters.  Noon until 2:00PM.   Bring your instruments, songs, poems, acts.  Great place to be. 

The Fourth Saturday of each month, Foo's Frozen Custard, 3832 West 95th, Leawood Ks.  913-383-3667.  3:00PM-5:30PM (maybe later).  I host  "My Old Neighborhood" at Foo's.  Local singer/songwriters performing original music.  This is a very roomy and family-oriented establishment.  Great place for my songs.  This is a Songwriters Circle event.

Second, and Fourth Saturdays of each month (April thru November).  The Lee's Summit Farmer's Market, 2nd & Douglas Street, Lee's Summit, Mo.  8:00AM-12:00PM (or later).  816-246-6598.  Myself and my good friend, Duane Woner, play our music for the crowd at The Farmer's Market in downtown Lee's Summit.  It starts early and we have a blast.  Hear our music and buy your fresh fruits, veggies, and home-baked items here.  GREAT FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE.  We're also there on other "special event" mornings.

Friday May 25---The Fig Tree Cafe & Bakery, 817 NW Rice Rd., Lee's Summit, Mo.  6:00pm.  I'll be playing my folk songs.  This place has good food.

Tuesday May 29---Spin Pizza, 14230 W 119th St., Olathe, Ks.  7:00pm.  My songs, pizza, salads, sandwiches, wines, ice cream.  Great place to eat.

Tuesday June 5---Spin Pizza, 9474 Renner Blvd., Lenexa, Ks.  7:00pm. My songs, pizza, salads, sandwiches, wines, ice cream.  Great place to eat.

Friday June 8---Howard Park Station, at the RR tracks in Downtown Lee's Summit, Mo.  6:30PM.    Myself and good friend, Kathy Forste will be performing.  This is a Lee's Summit Music in The Park event.  Bring your lawn chair, blanket, something cool to drink, the kids, and enjoy a nice summer evening with our folk music.  Very family-friendly.
